Nothing beats Country Concert SZN

I’m truly the happiest when I’m with my girlfriends, seeing our favorite performers live in concert. Our country concert line-up for this year is Morgan Wallen, Zach Bryan, Lainey Wilson, and Luke Combs. Also, can’t forget to mention, Stagecoach Festival in Palm Springs!

Curating my concert outfits is always at the top of my list. I put together an outfit inspo with some of the pieces I plan to wear this summer. I know everyone’s style is different, but as a 30-something year old, I just need my outfit to be cute and comfortable. I’m past the days of wearing itchy fabrics and uncomfortable shoes to sacrifice enjoying the show.

I love the look of a black top paired with light denim. Or the reverse, a light-colored top paired with black denim. No matter denim color or bottom style, I will be wearing high-waisted because, hello, tummy control for the bloat.

As someone who prefers to be in the "pit" (the closest section to the stage), I realized wearing light, airy clothing is the way to go. My go-to is a midi crop top that I pair with anything high-waisted. I’ve also recently fallen in love with the oversized t-shirt look that you can dress up with boots or sneakers and sparkly jewelry. For this look, I typically buy a unisex size XL for the oversized fit (these also make great sleep shirts that I’m sure my husband hates).

In addition to clothes, the shoes you wear are critical. I like to wear white sneakers because I typically tailgate before the concert, so I’m on my feet for 8+ hours that day. If you’re going to wear boots, I highly recommend fully breaking them in before the concert so you are not in pain. An open-toe sandal with a platform is also a great option on a hot summer day.

Accessories can transform an outfit completely. For me, it’s the sunglasses, earrings, and a cross-body bag that I need to finish my look. I recommend going all out with the glitz and sparkle, even if it’s tacky. Tacky always stands out in photos, just saying. For the bag, make sure it’s hands-free and stadium/venue size approved. The venues I’m attending allow small clutch bags that don’t have to be clear but can’t be bigger than 6"x9". This size bag is still big enough to hold a phone, some makeup, and a wallet.

I hope the above styles give you some inspiration for your next concert.
